Warm Greetings, and Welcome to SENEB!

My friend, call me Khonsura. I work as a Primal Wellness coach, teaching specific elements about wellness mindset, physical fitness, creative play, and self-cultivation. I will guide you on a balanced path to lifelong health and help you with my insights on how to armor yourself with a wellness shield of energy, calm, and immunity.

Like many, I have had specific health challenges that came with overextended living. Despite my attempts to maintain balance among my numerous activities, I eventually began to experience chronic fatigue, stress, and sickness. Determined to solve my energy problem, I attempted to improve my food choices, moving from omnivore eating to primarily plant-based. Unable to move the needle on my energy, I decided to try Paleo eating and Primal lifestyle modification at the recommendation of a friend. Consequently, over a few months, I improved my energy and increased my immunity. I also improved my body composition, losing 15 pounds of excess fat and inflammation, causing me to hold extra water. Within a year of eating Paleo and maintaining a Primal lifestyle, which included adequate rest, recovery, and sleep, the fatigue disappeared.

My wellness path and the journey continues today and I want to share my experiences and education to help you to achieve optimal health and lifelong wellness. Through my blog you will peer into my on-going discoveries and insights gleaned from the latest research and expert specialist. I will write on a variety of topics that make up a holistic composition and portrait of wellness, which I will frame within the key ideas of the primal blueprint.
