SENEB!* LIVE ABUNDANTLY WELL LIKE OUR ANCESTORS!

So now, what can our ancestor’s lifestyle teach us about living well? In many ways, the Primal-Paleo-Ancestral health movement aligns with the lifestyle and diet of our premodern hunter-gatherer ancestors and, to some extent, our pre-industrial ones. For instance, they ate what they primarily farmed and cultivated from the nutrient-rich earth compared to the modern dietary habit of eating nutrient-deficient, processed, pasteurized, and packaged food. Their lifestyle suggests that we can prevent and reverse many of the common ailments we suffer from daily. How do we begin? Well, first, we must return to eating clean, unprocessed, whole foods. Second, we must move as we have evolved to more often. Third, we must rest and sleep a sufficient number of hours in a proper environment. Fourth, as much as we can, we must rise according to our biological rhythm. Finally, we must establish wholesome social relationships, communities, and connections to others that affirm us at our best, advocate for us when we act justly, and empathize with us when we feel vulnerable. These stand as a few general practices of the balanced way to optimal wellness.
