Healing Wounds

We all have deep wounds from youth, some self-inflicted. We can recover from our own self-inflicted wounds, but those caused by others take work. Counseling may help, but self-cultivation reigns supreme as the ultimate medicine and healer of wounds caused by others.

It is said that travel and study prove to be useful tools to overcome our fears and phobia.

In the process, we must avoid creating new problems and resolve any minor issues and damages while they are still small.
